Project Description:

- The project is located in AL-Karaana in the southeast of Doha along Salwa road towards the South-West.
- The project consists of 46 Villas, 6 Majlises, and The mosque which should reflect and augment the spirit of traditional Qatari architectural style.
- The project include also the installation of 6 substations.
- The villas are different five typical types of approximate plot area 1750m2 and built-up area of 660m2 including the service buildings. Majlises are a typical type of approximate plot area 1800m2 and built-up area of 320m2.
- The mosque of plot area 1800m2 and built-up area of 615m2 to accommodate 200 prayers.
