Project Description:

 Jary Al Dhabi Housing
The project is a design-build type of contract consisting of the design and construction of 80 Villas, 8 Building apartments, and 3 labor accommodations along with all infrastructure works, 4 substations, landscaping, and roadworks.
 

Umm Ghareeba Warehouse and Housing
The project is a design-build type of contract consisting of the design and construction of 10 Villas, 1 Labour accommodation, 3 Steel Stores, 1 Mosque, 1 Security Building, and 1 Substation along with all infrastructure works.
 

Both projects will house a total population of around 1200 persons. The Project was executed in a total duration of 9 Months including mobilization.
