Project Description:

• Qatar Development Bank (“QDB”), intends to develop a multi-storied car park near Bank Street, Doha.
 

• The Primary goals of the car park would be to provide parking areas for QDB staff, visitors, and the general public (potentially on a chargeable basis). Additional to its primary goal the project is also intended to be of significant social benefit, as it would enhance the commercial attractiveness of the overall site vicinity.
 

• The car park is envisioned to accommodate around 225 vehicles and will also house a small retail component on the ground floor and a gym hall on the last floor.
