ACE Scope of Work :

The scope of the works covers the post-professional consultancy services for the design & build of Panda enclosure &touristic viewing facility at Al Khor Zoo.

Project Description:

The panda enclosure is therefore envisaged to be one component of a wider visitor experience
to the Al Khor zoo Park, which together will form a prominent new tourism and leisure destination
– with international appeal.

 

The Project is on a plot area of 11 Ha located adjacent to Al Khor zoo Park, which is a 15- minute drive from Al Khor town center.

 

The rectangular-shaped site is approximately 11 Hectares in Size (275m x 400m). Design of soft‐scape and hard‐scape finishes within the proposed vehicular service roads. Off‐site elements; Roads for vehicular access
(new road total length = 698m).
