Project Description:

Ministry of Social Affairs - Department of Housing in association with Qatar Development Bank
provides Housing Loans for growing Qatari Nationals. QDB manages the Government-sponsored
and funded housing loans to Qatari nationals in order to achieve its 2030 social development targets.
 

The houses are allocated for the elderly, orphans, and people with special needs. The QDB constructed the houses on time, which demonstrated its keenness to meet the requirements of all segments of Qatar society, in an attempt to facilitate and grant all features of its services to meet the desires and goals of the country and the public interest.
 

The general strategy framework of the wise government is to provide residence and decent living for Qatari families to allow them actively contribute in supporting and reinforcing the economic diversification and find the appropriate housing.
