Project Description:

The proposed service Center Building is to be built in bu Vessella. The service Center consists of:
( Basement + Ground + First Floor + Penthouse).

 

Basement Floor Consists of the following:
- Praying hall for Men’s and Lady’s with ablutions & Parking areas.

 

Ground Floor Consists of the following:
- Conference Hall to accommodate around 400 persons, kitchen with food preparation.
- Administration office, services rooms, and separate toilets for males and females.
- Bank branch, Supermarket, Restaurant, Cafeteria ( with separate toilets and pantry).

 

First-floor Consists of the following:
- Kahramaa branch office and Oregon, branch office with separate toilets and pantry.
- Bookshop, Pharmacy (with separate toilets and pantry).
 

Penthouse Consists of the following:
- Post Office
